Jersey Shore Summer Recreation Program
Jersey Shore Summer Recreation Inc. serves any child, who completed kindergarten through completion of fifth grade, who live within the Jersey Shore Area School District boundary lines.
The program is usually held for 8 or 9 weeks from 9am to 3pm at the local park. Each week, our children have art, recreation, and science educational rotations, as well as time at the local pool, and field trips and guest speakers.

What do we do on field trips?
We attend various museums, state parks, and local sites to learn
about our area. Field Trips in the past have been to Little Pine State
Park, Penn’s Cave, The Corning Museum of Glass and most recently Delgrosso's Amusement Park and Laguna Splash. Field trips may only happen if and when funding is available.
What do we do during science, art, and recreation rotations?
Our three educational rotations are comprised of 30 minutes activities
that capture the children’s imaginations, making learning fun!
